The Application Process is Easy

Step 2
Verify your info with the National Verifier to receive an ACP Approval.
Step 3
Select your device and checkout.
Step 4
Receive your device within 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
Eligible Programs
To qualify, your annual income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or you must
certify that you or someone in your household receives benefits from:
Medicaid
VA Survivors Pension
Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
Federal Pell Grant
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) formerly Food Stamps
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
Head Start (Income-Based)
School Breakfast Program (SBP)
Women, Infants and Children Program
VA Veterans Pension (Supplemental Income for Wartime Veterans)

You are eligible for the ACP if your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see the table below). The guideline is based on your household size and state.
The table below reflects the income limit by household size, which is 200% of the 2022 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
You may have to show proof of income, like a tax return or three consecutive pay stubs, when you apply for the ACP.
